Dave Ryan is the co-owner and co-publisher of Red Anvil Comics and is best known for his Eagle Award nominee comic book series called War of the Independents, which is the largest Independent comic crossover in history, featuring such characters as The Tick, The MAXX, Too Much Coffee Man, Bone, Cerebus, Gumby, and Pokey and Felix the Cat.
Dave has other creator owned titles called Penance, Owlgirls, and Bye Bipolar. He has worked on other titles such as Hercules, Judge Dredd and Xenya, along with a long list of covers and Freelancing. He is a member of the Society of Illustrators in NYC.
