What can I sell in the Dealer’s Room?

  • The Dealer’s Room is for licensed resellers and original merchandise only, no fanart materials allowed.
  • If you specialize in fan art, Artist Alley would be a better fit for you.

How do I get a Dealer’s Booth?

  • First, fill out the Dealer Application.
  • Once your application has been processed, you will receive an email accepting, wait-listing, or denying your application for a Dealer’s Booth.

What is a booth? What does the price include?

  • A booth is a 10’ x 10’ area of space, and includes on table, and two chairs, in addition to pipe and drape.
  • Along with the booth, you will receive 2 (two) complimentary Dealer’s memberships. Each additional booth receives 1 (one) complimentary Dealer’s membership – this additional membership must be requested on the application.

Is there a limit to how many booths I can purchase?

  • Yes, all vendors are limited to a 4 (four) booth maximum.

  • 2:00 PM Dealer’s Room Set-Up Opens
  • 7:00 PM Dealer’s Room Set-Up Closes

Friday

  • 8:00 AM Dealer’s Room Set-Up Opens
  • 12:00 PM Dealer’s Room Opens
  • 7:00 PM Dealer’s Room Closes
  • 7:00-7:30 PM Dealer’s Room Clean up

Saturday

  • 8:00 AM Dealer’s Room Set-Up Opens
  • 10:00 AM Dealer’s Room Opens
  • 7:00 PM Dealer’s Room Closes
  • 7:00-7:30 PM Dealer’s Room Clean up

Sunday

  • 9:00 AM Dealer’s Room Set-Up Opens
  • 10:00 AM Dealer’s Room Opens
  • 4:00 PM Dealer’s Room Closes
  • 4:00-6:00 PM Dealer’s Room Clean up

How Much is a Booth?

  • $800 per booth space plus 2 Dealers Memberships (+ tax and fees)
  •  $400 Corner Upgrade (+ tax and fees)

Add-On Memberships

  • Additional Memberships with application submission $60 each.
  • Additional Memberships after initial application $100 at show.
  • A Maximum of 10 Memberships per vendor.
